I use this to boost my immunity, when I feel like I am about to get sick, or already sick. I also take it before and during travel. It seems to work well for me.

No different to the much cheaper variants so a waste of money. This was delivered to the UK with a non English label, so it is not even compliant for sale here.

I have been taking this for a couple weeks and have not gotten sick. I am not sure if it is due to taking the vitamin but am sure it has a little something to do with it. This vitamin is easy to take and does not cause any feeling of nauseousness which I am thankful for. I will continue to purchase and see if it can keep colds away this year.
