Great book to give you an understanding of pharmacology at degree level. I haven’t studied sciences for 25+ years and have found this invaluable in understanding patient medications.

Nice and simple cover with a short sentence below summarising the book. I really like how the cover feels and is a great size - not too big or small.There's a contents table at the beginning of this book, which is always very useful so we can easily navigate through the book. I also really like the short quizzes at the end of each chapter and think it's a great way to test my knowledge and understanding.Overall, a great layout and a great book for medical students as it highlights the importance of each drug and also explains how they work inside the human body. It is also very easy to read and understand due to the division of units based on each system of the body.
