There are several negative articles saying this phone is not unlocked, but mine was able to be unlocked with my old Sim card, with good customer service help. Other customer ratings said the battery has very short life. I don't use my phone except for occasional phone calls and do not use it for data, so my battery life is very good, but if I were using it frequently for data, then that would be different. This phone is advanced beyond my old TCL phone.

Purchased this for my husband to use when he travels for mission trips to developing countries. Took forever to get the back off to just put in the battery so it could be charged. Then my husband and I both tried re-opening the back for the next 4 days in order to put in the SIM card. Could never get it opened again. It's as if it's sealed with heavy adhesive. It is now effectively a brick that we'll never be able to use. Can't return it, as the back cover is scratched from our attempts to open the back. I wish I'd paid more for a better-known manufacturer, so I could have at least used it.Update Jan 28/2023: NUU reached out to me after I wrote this review & offered to repair the phone for me. I explained the issue in detail to them, received the return label & RMA #, and shipped it off. Yesterday, I received an email from the SAME rep who had been in touch with me before I shipped it, and she said, "Your phone turned on without any problem, so I charged it to 100% and am shipping it back to you." Oh, and they're shipping it via the USPS, so it's possible it won't even reach me before the deadline to return to Amazon. DO NOT BUY NUU products!

This was my second NUU A10 phone purchase. I loved my first one and wanted to replace it with the exact same phone when I cracked the screen. It's easy to use and a good value for its inexpensive price tag. I was excited to open the box and see the identical phone to mine. I had ignored the part of the description that said it was a T mobile phone since it was also advertised and described as "unlocked". Well, I slipped my AT&T SIM into it...and it wouldn't connect to that network, even though it transferred all my apps and settings seamlessly. Obviously, I learned the hard way that "unlocked" is a relative term - I returned the phone for a refund.

The size of the phone is really nice. But most importantly I needed a phone that was easy to use and this one fits the bill.

Battery is terrible phone will not hold a charge

Well I got this one to replace my My STYLO4 by LGWell when you're use to a smart phone like I had Beware. Do not expect it to replace old cell. While this phone is acceptable for a new individual trying a smart phone or next step up. This is Perfect for them. People who have had been using a good smartphone this will fall very short and that's upon opening. It's slow/ lags. An lot's of steps to get to basic's.In the end BUY if you're ok with starting over completely. Me I want to transfer my old information an my actions so when I'm on my new cell it's upgraded but hasn't lost my oldactions & gestures . Seamlessly works for me.

My Dad who is 85 needed a new phone, he had a flip phone that was ancient and I purchased this new phone for the ease of use for him.

My phone charger doesn't fit the hole so now I don't have phone I'll send this along with 90% of the stuff I've bought through your company is bad don't work at the little android phones you sent me don't work either I'm hella mad
