I have been using it for about 2 months and absolutely love it. Plenty of water pressure, easy to adjust. Has a revolving handle that adjust the pressure of the water. There's a restrictor in the head that you can remove to increase the flow rate. I removed it right away, so I can only say that without it the pressure is really good and the uniformity of the sprays is a huge improvement over my previous shower head.
