Its decent. I like how it can unfold quickly on its own with the spring loaded system & the included tote is nice but not that big, its about half the depth of a reusable shopping bag so it wont hold as much as a shopping bag so be prepared for that when using it for shopping. Mounting hardware is terrible so I ended up having to make a trip to the hardware store to upgrade it. I replaced the crappy cheap screws with stainless steel hex bolts & replaced the cheap crappy nuts with stainless steel nylon locking nuts to make it harder for thieves to try to remove from the bike. I had to move my front brake cable so the basked doesn't interfere with the operation of the brake. The included zip ties were also cheaply made. Broke the first one of them trying to secure a corner of the back of the basket to my front fork. Thankfully I had better quality hardware store ones on hand so I used those instead.Over all its decent but they really should redesign the mounting hardware. I would have preferred the bracket where the handlebar hooks are mounted to be bolted on the basket so we can adjust it as needed but its welded on to the basket instead of bolted on & it would have been nice if they didn't scrimp so badly on the mounting hardware because the screws, nuts & zip ties included are terrible quality. I want to say its like dollar store quality but that would probably be an insult to dollar store hardware. Its more like that crappy Chinese stuff that comes with the motorized bike kits. The basket itself seems decent though. Just do yourself a favor & replace all the included mounting hardware.

I was so excited for this to come! It didn’t smell, and I was cautious about the spring. I think those things are being over exaggerated. My electric bike cannot fit the rack on the front so I attached it to the back end. I used some zip ties for a little extra security. I already brought back some groceries in it. I went for a bike ride with the kids and we put our Bluetooth speaker in the rack. We all enjoyed a long ride with music. I plan on using this rack daily to hold my drinks and food as I cycle to work and home. I might even order a second rack for the other side of my bike. This is going to change the way I commute without breaking the bank.

The ONWAY Bike Basket for Women arrived just about the same time as the COVID-19 virus so I have not had a chance to ride bicycle. However, this basket, with it's zippered, insulated liner is the perfect size for my bike. It easily unfolds, comes with simple instructions, easy to install and though mine anchored permanently, can be easily taken off as well. Not big enough for a pet carrier (perhaps Chihuahua or Toy Breed or very small Miniature) and openings in mesh too wide for feet.... Great for phone, purse, books, bottled water, etc.Seller was very responsive to a couple of questions. Kept me informed of shipping, tracking, etc. though Amazon provides as well but it was a nice touch from the seller. Positive purchase.

The frame started rusting right away, but I am giving it 5 stars for the way the seller handled my issue. I painted it with a quality implement paint and I think that will do the trick. The bag does indeed have a robust odor; but I hung it on a cloths line for a couple days (outside) and that too did the trick and took care of the smell. The spring loaded frame got my fingers also...you can't say the springs don't have quality strength LOL.

The metal components are very strong and well-made. The padded/insulated liner is very well-made as well. It works perfectly for its intended use of carrying our 11 pound (Imperial) Shih Tzu on our Bike excursions. A full sized 13 pound Shih Tzu would be a bit cramped. The Liner has a nice zippered top with soft carry handles and the sewn in padding does a very good job of keeping it’s shape with her in the Metal basket or out. Well worth the money. Do you read the instructions first or you will probably get your finger pinched when opening the Metal basket.

It's a great basket for my bike which I wanted to carry items that may need protection from rain. I read the other reviews and read the warnings that came with it about the snapping springs because that could hurt your hand if you're not careful. I jumped when the basket first snapped into its shape and after that no problem. It's roomy and holds a lot.

I bought many bike bags and the all broke within a month. This one can hold my 8lb ebike battery and tools.

I was able to attach this to the rear rack on my e bike. With some strategically placed cable ties this thing is as secure as can be. The fact that the basket folds is awesome. The insulated bag is large enough for a six pack and an ice block on top of it. This is a wonderful accessory.
