I have been dropping those unwanted pounds. One of my tricks is that with each meal I only eat 1/2 of the single plate. Save the balance for later. The meals you put in these containers are perfect for that. I can recover and put away safe in the refrigerator. Then later reheat and enjoy the balance there. I also must take medications every six hours, every day. I eat my 1/2 meals with each medication intake. Again with these trays I can swap to other saved meals, and not have to eat the same thing all day. The best use here is when you cook a large meal. Then divide between each meals with the sides included into separate meals. Just a win win everytime.

These are great for meal prep. Whether you are doing whole 30, doing portion control or just want to plan ahead, these are perfect. I will cook on Sunday and will divide my dishes into meals. These make it super easy to have meals ready to throw in your lunch bag and bring to work. Also great to just pull from the fridge and throw in the microwave in the evening and viola - you have a nice well rounded healthy dinner. The portion sizes are nice, fits a nice amount but also helps with portion control. I typically use this for hot meals and may throw a salad in a smaller size bowl. I have used for a salad as well and used the smaller sections for other veggies or chopped chicken and it works nicely too. I live near the beach and often my girlfriends and I will do mimosas or white wine on the beach. I will throw some cubed cheese, olives and nuts etc. and bring it with me vs. little Ziploc baggies. Less mess for sure. I have microwaved and put in the dishwasher and have not had any problem. I have not had issues with leaking except once, but think I may not have secured the lid right. I don't anticipate these lasting forever but they are great and well worth the price. I am considering buying another set with different portion sizes for storage or meal variety. I would highly recommend these.

I love my meal prep I hate to say I was surprised I thought it was going to be small like the picture advertised but it's a little deep inside and big. Instead of one serve side I believe you can get two or three don't think I'm going to be losing weight behind this
