This a shield RJ45 for speed up to 10Gbps

Q: What range of conductor diameters will these fit? Will they fit 0.97mm insulation (0.515mm solid core)?

I used them with cat6 + shielded and had no trouble. That’s large diameter solid core

Q: Will these fit Cat7 cable which is a larger diameter than 6A is?

Short answer is yes. If you look at the middle pic in the big description part, you can see, it's just the wires that actually get sandwiched in the connector- the jacket will be stripped back, so in essence they will work, then you just re-wrap the jacket if it's sticking out, they provide the foil tape for that and you can top it with electric tape, or just leave the wires bare.
