Helpful Resource!
The workbook to Try Softer invites us to delve a little deeper and offers us opportunities to grow and heal. As I work my way through I find the questions thought provoking and meaningful. The prompts for writing and being creative speak to my creative side and enhance the journey. So grateful that Aundi is sharing her gifts as resources for others. If you are sincere, in your quest to Try Softer with yourself, I would recommend this in addition to the book.

Great companion to the book
This workbook was very helpful for exploring the topics in Ms Kolber’s book. Try Softer is one of the most helpful and supportive books I’ve ever encountered to move through and learn from challenges related to anxiety. The workbook provides insightful opportunities to go deeper and brings in additional info too.

review
Though I mistakenly expected the book at first, it has been very helpful thus far

A workbook that’s ACTUALLY worth your time and money
Most “workbooks” to go with the book are terrible and gimmicky, but this one is actually useful, clear, and a helpful adjunct resource to the book.

I’m not Christian but very helpful anyway
This book is great. The author is obviously a very knowledgeable therapist who has a gift for making complicated ideas very accessible. She references her Christianity and the Bible as a means of illustration of these principles, which I thought was very effective. On a personal note, as a non-Christian, I like to periodically check in with Christian self-help books because they bridge the abstract and the practical in a very human way. More often than I’d like, those books come across with a touch of condescension or arrogance toward non-Christians. There is none of that here.Just a very personable book, a novel, softer approach, and the author’s sincere and effective use of Biblical passages to illustrate her very helpful methodology. Highly recommended.Edit: This review belongs to the full book, not the guided journal, my bad!

Workbook 4 “Try Softer” is a MUST HAVE
This book has guided me through this life changing journey of “Try Softer.” So much so that I have used this book for each chapter to log and continue the education with my therapist! It give you a deeper perspective into the text she has written in the book itself. The questions asked in the workbook’s guided journey for Try Softer pertain a deeper insight into your trauma and “white knuckling” experiences you’ve been through or are presently going through. A mindfulness experience that changed/saved my life for the better!
