Disappointed with this product. This is not an Ottorbox, just in case you're wondering, and it definitely doesn't compare to one either. The case partially covers the speaker and you actually have to remove the outer case when you need to charge your phone or it bends your charger or the power port of the phone itself. I definitely don't recommend this product if you need a sturdy, reliable case to protect your phone. Don't be fooled by these knock-off Ottorbox cases, it's better to just pay the little bit extra for the real thing.

Had to take the case off everytime I needed to charge my phone, so I returned it because it was an inconvenience and the flaps are a pain, don't seem to serve a purpose except be in the way. The rubber didn't fit around the phone very well either, rolled up when I tried to put the hard case part on. To be honest, I searched for otterbox cases and this came up, and it looked the same as the previous otterbox case I had and bought it not realizing it wasn't. I tried to like it.

This case is too large for my Samsung 7 phone, slightly oversized and phone falls out. I cut the packaging open so looks like I'm keeping it,

It looks and feels like an Otterbox - but it's just not quite. Most of the case held up well. But there's a hard plastic piece along the bottom of the phone where the USB and headphone jack goes in - that snapped off. Its also slightly harder than my last Otterbox to plug in the USB charger - oh, until the black plastic piece snapped.

This case was definitely disappointing. I purchased it on accident. I meant to buy otterbox. It cracked in the first day or two. How can it protect my phone in a drop when it cracks for nothing. Would definitely not recommend and will not buy this brand again. Definitely stick with otterbox
