We have one on our warehouse since 2014. Great battery life, like 5 years or so.Made to last.

Love it. This is the model that has a 5 digit passcode (the higher series has 6 digit)..,I didn’t know which I was getting…but that’s just fyi. I love the lock.

Great lock for outdoor exposure. Works like a charm. The install was a little longer than expected (roughly 90 mins) but that was caused the need to drill an additional hole that I was not set up to drill. Will require the use of a hole saw.

Boxed very tightly. Seems to be well made. Installed two of these on exterior bathrooms for customers to use. Customers are happy not having to use keys.

Great product, great company. Been using these for over 20 years now and will never switch to anything else! Dependable and long lasting. I know our firm, our data and our staff are secure with these in place.

Installed in our office and it failed after 4 months, not sure how now to get warranted.

This door handle is very heavy and sturdy. It took an hour for a hired handy man to install. It requires a special drill, a hole saw. I have programed this handle 4 times and after about a week, all of the codes don'e work, except the master code. I have tried doing manager codes, user codes, all the same. It has been a lot of time trying to get this thing to work for us. I don't know how to get in touch to return and/or exchange this product. We have had to alter our door so I don't know if another handle will fit, we might have to get a whole new industrial door. They are not cheap. If anyone could help resolve this problem please call us.
