This portable playpen is great for puppies and small to medium dogs. It is tricky to fold up and get back into the bag. But, it comes with pictures and directions to make it easier. The pockets that the rods fit into are narrow. That helps it to be sturdy. Other reviewers mentioned the rods are hard to get out. I have not found this to be true. Simply undo the Velcro closures and push down slightly on the top. The rods become exposed and are very easy to remove. I purchased this to be able to take my puppy to work with me. It works beautifully. The construction seems to be good. I did spray the Velcro inside the door with bitter apple to dissuade chewing, she is a baby raptor now while teething. It’s working. The bonus gifts of a bowl and light are nice additions.

This Pet Playpen is a medium. It arrived fast and is wonderful. Easy to set up, roomy and well made.I'm so pleased not having seen these before.I would highly recommend .I have two dogs, Malties / shitu mix and Chihuahuah. It allows plenty of room.

This is the perfect portable dog crate. Its easy to put together, a little harder to take apart (the poles fit snuggly) so mostly we keep it assembled but for trips it folds up into a small bag.Its super light and I love that the top unzips so we can put our dog in that way if needed. Our old man, almost 18 yr old shih tzu, loves his nighttime cave.

I foster for a feline rescue, so I always need playpens for kittens. This one is a good size, it is a large. This playpen currently houses 6 kittens. Overall this playpen is holding up really well with my very active kittens. The only issue I am having is the poles that hold the playpen up are coming through the velcro tab which is making it hard to keep the playpen standing up properly. Other than that it's great.

Our dogs LOVE this. They are a small breed 5 months old. We leave the door open during the day and they go in and out and take naps as they please. If we leave we, secure the door and put the zipper mesh lid on and they are safe for a few hours. They sleep at night in it as well...their food and water fit along with a small dog bed and PP pad. It is worth the price for functionality. We are ordering a second one to keep on each floor so we don't have to move it. When we travel, we just fold it up and go. It can be set up in a matter of minutes. This is one of the best pet products I have purchased.

I originally ordered a smaller one from this brand but a different style. Once I realized it was too small, I returned it for this one. That sure was a mistake after seeing how easy it was to put the other one away. This one is nice and sturdy with the tent poles but good luck ever taking them out to put away. Just like with any tent, the poles come apart in the middle. It is nearly impossible to take them out of the tight little area without breaking any. I just don't see how they don't fully break after a few uses. Once you navigate getting the 8 poles out after 20 minutes, good luck figuring out how to fold it and put it back in the carry bag. I tried for another 20 minutes and gave up, we just stuffed it back in the box and immediately returned it back to amazon. If you do not plan to use this as a travel home for your pets it would be great to set up once and never take it apart. We purchased to use while camping until our new pup gets bigger and this would no way work for that.

The media could not be loaded. We just moved across country with our cat. I was worried about her being loose in hotel rooms and hiding where I couldn’t get to her. This pen was a lifesaver! It was easy to set up and fit all of her necessities. I put in a large donut bed for her to hide in, her food+water dishes, a disposable litter box and a blanket for her to stretch out on. It’s a little tricky to fold back up initially but I was still able to compact it enough to fit in the car well. I actually got it our last day of traveling- once you figure it out- it’s pretty easy. I have it set up in our new house with the door open while she gets acclimated to her new surroundings. It’s become a safe zone for her. Definitely recommend!!

There’s a lot of things to like about this playpen. It’s much easier to take down than other playpens that seemingly require a PhD in physics to fold them and fit them into their case. It’s pretty quick set up and take down. It’s well built. It’s a great price! I would definitely buy this again. HOWEVER, if I could give the creators some feedback for the next round of production, it would be: a second door would be fantastic. But even if not, the most significant design flaw, in my opinion, is where the lid zippers onto the top. The zipper needs to start and end where the door is located. That way no matter how I’ve set up the playpen for use, my entry access via door or top is in the same area. Especially because I had the playpen tucked under the desk to be out of the main way, and the door was at the front for easy access, but the zipper is at the back under the desk. So I would move it so that it zips onto the playpen where the door is located.
