One product that I've used for over 40 years is a mucus solvent called Alkalol, mixed half-and-half with warm water and squirted up your nose to clean out your sinuses. It works like an absolute charm! I had a bulb syringe that lasted me about 25 years. It finally fell apart, so I had to find a replacement. This item may be designed to be used on the other end, but it works perfectly as a nasal syringe, and it's very easily cleaned. It's also a bit heavier duty than the bulb syringe I had before, so I expect to get many years' usage out of it.

Fantastic! Works great, and easy to clean after use. (Be sure to lube for insertion, kids!) Bulb is just the right size and thickness to be able to squeeze in a controlled manner, and the amount of water it holds is appropriate for what I expected. Successful!

I had to replace a black one, and thought having one that was opaque may be nice. It turns out that this is a much stiffer material that is more difficult to squeeze, which impedes my ability to extract water from it.

I've not used this for anything anal, so cannot address that intended use. I use it in art, to spray diluted paint onto canvas. It works fine for that, though I do have to keep the sprayer free of dried paint, so have to clean it multiple times as I'm working with paint.

Used twice before the rubber started to fall apart. Little black pieces started coming off while rinsed under cool tap water.

The rubber bulb is very thin and got teared apart on my first use.
