I like it but it's too heavy

The recent return to office mandate has left me struggling with what to bring for a healthy and balanced lunch. While I have salad containers, I didn’t have anything that would work for other types of meals. These are amazing and easy to clean while having a good storage capacity! I hand wash the tops and throw the main container into the dishwasher. So far I’ve done chicken salad in the big part, shredded lettuce in the other, and brought a burrito sized tortilla to make a wrap. I’m looking forward to things like bbq pork or other types of protein and veggies where you can keep them separate. This is so important while meal prepping because stuff can get soggy and gross. The seal seems very tight and overall the product is sturdy. I’d definitely recommend these! I bought in white and I like the color!

I've gone all in on these containers. I have three of the 8 pack single partition 36 ounce containers and one 5 pack of the two partition 36 ounce containers. The lids seal tightly and don't leak. I put the lids on the top shelf of the dishwasher and the glass containers wherever and so far no issues with the lids. The containers are oven safe and I often make meals and bake them directly in the container. These are GREAT for meal prep and freezing. I have meals that have been in the freezer for several weeks that are as fresh as the day I made them when I reheat them in the microwave. Note that I am VERY sensitive to freezer burn and will throw out anything that has even a hint of it and I've never (not even once) thrown out any meal in these containers. Very impressive.Even more impressive is the customer service. I had one lid fail (one of the locking tabs broke off) so I sent the seller (PrepNaturals) a message. I had a reply the very next morning requesting my shipping info. A replacement arrived just a couple of days later. So cool. Kudos to the support team. Ten star support!!!In short, I'm gonna be using these until my butter finger self drops and breaks them and then I'll be back for more containers. I like everything about them.Oh, BTW there's a little trick to getting the lids to lock closed and tight. You need to center the lid perfectly over the container, lock the tabs on the short side and then lock the tabs on the long side. If there is a lot of resistance, the lid isn't centered properly and probably won't seal completely. New lids are a little stiff and will need a few cycles of locking/unlocking to loosen them up a bit.

I was excited to use these two compartments containers however …. the covers don’t always snap closed securely. When putting the covers on at least one or two sides will pop open. This is very frustrating as I think it has to do with how they clip on to the edge of glass container. These are a very thick glass which probably doesn’t help either. I have tried switching covers & containers but it doesn’t always solve the issue. I purchased some single compartment glass containers a few years ago & I’ve never had this problem with them. I like these however it is frustrating when the covers won’t secure properly.

I looked forever for containers I could use for storage and heating in both an oven and a microwave. These are great and an excellent value.
