The Final Wish of Mr. Murray McBride

I am so happy Joe Sipple wrote this follow up story to his first book, The Five Wishes of Murray McBride. I so loved the first book that I didn't want it to end. Thank you for bringing the story of Murray's final wish, to life. Beautiful story and real, relatable characters!

I couldn't put this book down. It is full of human interactions that involve love and a deep concern for others. It is a blueprint of life that would make the world a kinder place if we all would follow it. I keep a journal of important quotes from books that I have read, and I added many quotes from this particular book. Beautifully written, the author tells a heartwarming story of a young girl who wants to be an American citizen and the heart transplant guy who helps her.

I got the first book for my mom as a Christmas gift. I got it too. I just picked up the second one and read it too. Good story.

When I read the first of these two books, I was captivated by the depth of the characters. I wasn’t sure if the second would live up to the first but it certainly did. Heartwarming is what I’d call them. They made me laugh and then cry sometimes too. 5 stars for sure.

These two books are amazing. I would recommend them to essentially any age group as they can positively open the minds and hearts of virtually anyone. The development of the individual characters is so skillful but the interaction of them is the essence of the message for me. As a70+ year old man who grew up in a single parent, Catholic home in a large city and who has experienced open heart surgery these books touched me deeply. In these troubled times I can only hope and pray that each of us can experience and eventually personify Murray and Jason. Well done Joe Siple.

This book is an amazing sequel to The Five Wishes of Mr. Murray McBride. It gets you in all the feels. Bring the tissues but such a great ending.

Loved this series, Five Wishes and then Final Wishes of Mr Murray McBride. I laughed and cried, an excellent story. A Must Read!!!Murray McBride was a spunky ole fart, the kindness soul, curious and lovable. Jason, is like Murray in ways,even though he never thought to be. Jason is a wonderful, lovable, kind-SKB.Loved loved this series. May read it again, just in case I missed something. Thank you, Joe Siple. Excellent job of writing.

I wasn’t sure about this book because it is very different from the usual mysteries that I read. But before long I was swept up with the characters, their situations and relationships. Most striking for me was the insight into human behavior, emotions and how some things that seem so innocuous at the onset end up impacting and sometimes changing your life.

With life the line and a life lost the sensitive battle of what was a decision made in the past kept one man grateful yet a prison to his past. A past he never felt he could give up on. One little girl with 5 wishes worked her way closer and closer to her dreams being fulfilled all the while he held the very last key. A lovely story of commitment and honour of promise and respect of forgives and love. So beautifully written

Well done. A heart warming tale and one to make us all try harder to make a difference. Good luck in your writing.

Contrasts from old thinking to young person, gives combination of both worlds seen through their eyes. Yet, a clear understanding what both off eachother. Well written, pleasure to read.
