Lettore DVD

Product incomplete and can't be used here

I received this package a couple of weeks ago. As you can see it has been tampered with and then resealed. I finally opened it today to find no remote control and no cables. The plug is also incorrect for Australia.I have always had really good experiences with Amazon so this is quite disappointing
