Great Product. Exactly as advertised. Looks great and is very practical. I lost the service key (thrown out with the packaging by accident 😬) and emailed the seller to get another key. Sent key free of charge and included an extra spray head (different style). Fantastic customer service and much appreciated.

Liked the body of the tap and the "relative" ease of installation but did not like the automatic nozzle at all. 50% of the time it operated with both stream and spray together. Purchased alternate nozzle from Amazon which works fine. The BIG problem with the tap is its reliance on the tension of a bent piece of rubber pipe to hold the nozzle in place. The slightest contact and it falls out and crashes down into the sink. Even worse is if this happens when tap is on full flow it squirts water everywhere. I have been saturated three times with this. Not any more. The tap nozzle is now securely fastened down with a cable tie whilst I decide on a suitable replacement.

We bought this tap just before lockdown hit and have just had it fitted this morning by a family member. It’s amazing. The two settings for water flow are great, it’s so easy for me to use and it’s also easy to flip between soft and harder flow. I need a tap that can be worked easily and that requires no strength to use and this tap delivers that as well as looking absolutely incredible.Our cousin is a plumber and he said this is one of the best quality taps he’s fitted and that it’ll last us for years. It’s very heavy and solid.When I was searching for a new tap there were others like this in the £300 price bracket so this ones an absolute steal!

This high-quality, good-looking tap is well designed and versatile, offering the now fairly common pull-out capability that allows you to get the water exactly where it is needed. Once you've tried it a couple of times, removal from the bracket and subsequent replacement are easily done with one hand (the left, for right-handed people). The tap also has a useful spray option, which for example helps minimise water usage when rinsing.I had the tap fitted with the lever at the front, not on the right as shown in the product pictures: this was to avoid it hitting the tiles behind, but apart from that I prefer the resulting side-to-side operation over the standard back-and-forward.A kitchen tap is the kind of fitting you'll want to last as long as possible and be easy to use. This one gives every impression it will be durable, and is a pleasure to operate. So if it costs a bit more than some seemingly similar products, in my view the extra is worth it.

I bought this tape back in July 2018. I installed it and I am very pleased with the quality of the Tape. It looks superb on a glass sink with Stainless steel bowl. I am very happy with the purchase . Just like everything ,you have to handle it with care and you will not have any problem.Would recommend this kitchen tap.
