I noticed the last week or so that my skin looks a lot better! Sometimes I get rashes but I've noticed a more even tone. I'll add some photos of before and after. For reference, I'm 48 years old. I do a lot of different things to help my skin health (collagen, infra-red light, ect- these help a lot) and this is the only things that's made a marked difference in a looong time. That said, the difference are subtle but I haven't had a rash lately and in full daylight I've noticed a tighter quality to my skin. As for health benefits, winter is hard on my immune system (plus I have underlying medical issues) so I'm not sure about efficacy there, but am assuming it must be helping since my skin is changing. All this to say, I'm really loving this product and especially the fact that it's not sourced from shellfish (they eat poop) but rather algae. 100% RECOMMEND! *one of the photos is a side view showing the bumpy rash I used to have, another is my skin two months ago where I see more uneven skin tone and shine, and another was taken tonight... but I also had a hard time uploading so there's a slight chance I posted two recent photos. If I did, I'll try to come back and edit. Update 2-18-26: It's been almost a month a the rash has not returned! This is the longest I've gone without that rash since it first appeared maybe a year ago. Also, I'm allergic to coffee but was still drinking it because I love the flavor. However, now coffee doesn't taste very good... so that's a weird win.

Hands down, this has changed my skin, it’s helped bring my inflammation down, my energy levels are up, the floaters in my eyes have almost disappeared, and I feel overall better. The item was exactly as advertised and it arrived on time. This is the second bottle I have used daily without fail. I see a slight improvement in my eyesight but my skin color has not improved. I am incredibly white to start with and have never really tanned. I knew better than to think I would look super tan, but I was at least hoping to have some flesh tone color and not look like Casper the ghosts sickly sister. 2+ months in and still no luck.
