Better than miracle noodles
I am on a keto diet and when miracle noodles came out I really liked them and loved that I was finally able eat pasta dishes again without blowing my carb count. Last week I was looking to buy them bulk on Amazon as my local stores are either always out of stock or pricing them super high. It was at that point I came across this product and decided to give it a try due to the reviews, the nutrient panel and the price point. Honestly I'm sold. The texture is much better than other brands and instead of the typical rubbery feel, they actually taste and feel just like Ramen noodles. They have a bit more spring to them and make pasta dishes so much better, plus the oat fiber gives them more adherence to sauces. I love that they are not only better priced, but more palatable and these will now be my go to konjac noodles.

Great noodles
I love how the noodles don't have a flavor. Easily used in any recipe that requires pasta. They are chewy, however worth the trade off for zero carbs.

Figured out how 2 cook them not 2 smell
If you don't like FISH or the fish smell then your going to have a problem with these noodles. I don't like fish or the smell and yet I CAN EAT THESE NOODLES WITH NO PROBLEM. I'll tell you what I do so you can tweak them to your taste. 1- rinse WELL (2/3 times) 2 - For one pk noodles put 3 1/2 c. water with one heaping spoon bullion, THE BULLION MUST HAVE SALT IN IT (I like to use Knorr's brand-more for the money). Cook noodles on Low or # 3 on the STOVE top for between 30 to 45 minutes. 3 - Next drain but do not rise. 4 - Repeat steps # 2 & 3. 5 - If you have your soup ready add the noodles, if not than make the soup & add the noodles. NOTE: The noodles will not smell like fish, and will be a bit like undercooked onions. Meaning they'll be translucent, limp, cooked with a slight crunch. Also, the noodles WILL NOT take on ANY of the bullion flavoring. You'll need to use broth with the noodles at the same time when eating. The use of salt helps to get read of the fishy smell and lets your soup have flavor. The first 2 times I tried these noodles my soups had No flavor & was fish-ish smelling. I'm now happy with my soups. I hope this helps.

Nasty...do not recommend
These are tough and too chewy...in a bad, not so appealing way. My impression : "meat un-chewable tendon" texture...yep, that's what they remind me of.

Wow!
The media could not be loaded. I love these noodles! They taste exactly like the original noodles. You will not be able to taste the difference! Flavor wise 5 stars but how they arrived......-8 stars!

If you're a shiritaki fan, buying these in bulk!
If you're a fan of shiritaki noodles, these are worth buying in bulk. I got the pure fettuccini, which were exactly what I hoped and expected them to be. If you're not familiar with shiritaki noodles, they feel a little "squeaky" compared to regular noodles, but for their relative nutrition, they can't be beat! As with most shiritaki noodles, they smell fishy, but rinsing, draining, and mixing with flavorful sauce fixes that. I've found they're best with sauces that are a little more flavorful than what I would put on regular noodles.

Way better than past/other konjac
Well, as the lifelong diet saga of dieting continues, I found myself on the market for konjac noodles. I have purchased several brands in the past that had odors and spongy textures and these are the best ones by far. No odor, good texture, well priced and good packaging. If this is your first experience with konjac, you have chosen well. I would definitely recommend.

8/20 update again
The media could not be loaded. 8/20 update:I bought total 5 boxes of konjac noodles, and i keep finding some of them were turned bad and smelly.I followed the storage said, stored them in cool dry place, never put them near the strong light and heat. But this situation still happened. So I'm pretty sure that is the factory problem, they cannot control the quality. Even in one box, some turned bad, and some are fine.7/27 update:I sent the message to the customer service, and they are proactive to follow up my complaint very quickly. Also they shipped me a new box of konjac noodles. I really appreciate their help. (you know some other online shops don't really care their customers)Old review:It turned sticky and smelled bad, I am pretty sure this is spoil. As the photo I took, the look is unusual than the normal konjac noodles. Before I found this, I was into this low carbohydrate "noodles".
