Specialized doctor put this on the things I need to buy to help me improve some issues over the next few months. I like that they are cheap but was worried that would mean crappy materials. No, these are fantastic. They roll on the skin very smoothly, even without oil. But work great with oil as well. Gotta say I am pleasantly surprised how much I like these. And I've bought all different kinds of rollers. These are very easy to use and someone with grip and strength issues in their hands could easily use this.

This little massage toy is absolutely fantastic for sore muscles and knotted muscles. It's wide enough that it can't dig in and hurt, it's easy to hold, and it doesn't pull hair. Also easy to clean, but you don't need massage oil for it, so it stays cleaner longer than some others. Works well over clothes or on skin.

Does what it is supposed to do, rolls well without oil. It feels really good and does loosen my muscles. It's easy to grip (I have small hands). I like it a lot. Just wish it rolled better with oil.

This is the best product I’ve ever purchased for massage therapy! (And I’ve purchased a lot) Worth every penny! It’s easy to use, glides smoothly on your body and needs limited pressure to get deep tissue aches out. Perfect for blood circulation also, especially if your working from home.

The best thing about this massage ball is the grip. You hold it and the ball turns as you move it over your body. While a lacrosse ball is great for feet and the back if you use the floor and wall, respectively, this massage ball can be used for different areas of the body when you cannot use a hard surface to assist. In addition, this massage ball is easy to use as a quick (but not complete) substitute for a foam roller. This product is very functional, easy to use and does not get put away because I use it every day.

Well priced product and great general massager. Unfortunately, I bought this to roll out my feet due to plantar fasciitis and this will not stay on the floor (curved bottoms for better hand grip). I have used it to massage calves after a run and parts of my back which it is great for. My feet are what needs to be rolled the most and it will not stay in one place on the floor

I absolutely love these ! They are great for my bak knots that I ALWAYS get in between my shoulders due to bad posture! I take them with me on vacation too! I recommend these with all back problems if you have any!

Had one of these years ago, didn’t know they still made them. Great for getting knots out of your muscles and making your neck.

I love these little cold (or hot) massage ball. Mine have a permanent place in my freezer. They give a very nice massage while providing pain relief with their coldness. They stay cold for about 15 minutes once you start using them. That's more than long enough to do what they need to. When they lose their 'cool', you just need to put them back in the freezer and in an hour or so they're ready to go again. I understand you can also heat them up if required, but I haven't tried that. I like these so much I will be buying them for friends.

This little ball is fantastic it reaches all those spots that ach. Can be used alone with ease or with the help of a partner very soothing after long day great for neck.
