Electric Bike 250W Motor Powered Mountain Bicycle 26" Tire, 20MPH Adult Ebike with P.A.S and 21 Speed-Gear Shifter 36V/8AH Removable Lithium Battery, Black, Standard (EG000045)

Bike came with a used/damaged battery and the cabling to the front brakes was wrapped around the frame so the forks could not be spun forward. I could have pulled the cable, but then I suspected I’d have some other issue with proper cable tension. That said, I bought this through Woot (Amazon owned) and they were TERRIFIC in handling the exchange. Epikgo never returned my emails and I suspect the $30 rebate isn’t going to happen. Plus, I am suspicious of the warranty claims now. The bike itself is well built and is a very comfortable ride - so I hope it holds up well!

I mean it seems to be OK I'm not for sure if the mileage were 100% because my son drives it so far he said it's pretty cool. The only thing that he found was that he hast to charge the battery while it's turned on. we both thought that was weird but other than that he said it's been OK. So far so good keep my toes crossed.

It's terrible. I wouldn't recommend this bike to ANYONE. The tires popped in less than two days and the pedal literally broke off in less than a week and on top of that I had to tighten the seat every time i used it so i didn't have it going up my read end.if you're looking for a cheap bike please don't buy this one

The media could not be loaded.  I am in love with this!! I stalled a little bit putting it together because i was worried it would be really hard, but i was very wrong. It took me like 10 minutes to put together. It has taken me way long to build a normal bike. The instructions are very clear, and only a handful of steps. The electric motor, is surprisingly light, and it did not take long at all to charge. Then you simple place in the holder, turn it on and then power on the bike; easy peasy! It allows you to peddle and do the motor, or completely motorized, which is my favorite setting! It has gears and brakes like a standard bike, but just also a motor button. The bike also has a light in the front, that you can turn in with the same controls you use to power on the bike. It goes as fast as expected, and battery life lasts as long as described and is a blast to ride! I like that i can ride it like normal but then when i'm too tired to make it back home because i went too far, It'll drive me home! This is so much fun, and extra nice when its too hot out. Plus the bike looks real cool lol

The battery didn’t charge the peddle kept unscrewing and falling off. Bike was alright but the tire popped after going over a small 1 inch curb. Do not recommend it’s built pretty cheap and falls apart easily.

Look at pictures when assembling as there was soom confusion for the person putting together. Sturdy bike and solid electronics.

The media could not be loaded.  Just received my new Epikgo bike while assembling I'd noticed scratches and a little damage all over the bike. I'm very upset with how my new costly bike looks like a used bike. I want to return the bike back not satisfied also with all the wear and tear of the bike and the lithium battery will not fully charge. I'm still not satisfied. I would have returned the bike with a refund request!

I bought this ebike of 5 start customer rating. However my experience has been very bad. It’s makes click sound when paddle reaches a point and also seems battery is not charging, I failed to see full charged battery after multiple attempts to charge it. We also dropped email to epikgo but no response from last 2 days. I going to request return, if didn’t hear back from them today.
