Great brush and the only one our daughter will use. Great for children who don't like their hairbrushed. Knots will still catch, I've yet to find a perfect brush but this is definitely gentle in comparison to standard brushes. The brush is quite sturdy and glides through the hair. Team with a leave in conditioner spray and it's a winner!

I only leave reviews for items that stand out, and this brush certainly does. I have long, thick, stubborn Middle Eastern hair prone to knotting, and the wrong brush just made my hairbrushing life tedious and broke my hair. Using this brush is like a scalp massage that'll feel like you're medicating yourself with a sedative. It feels as amazing as those retro 90's metal claw scalp massagers; remember them? Sometimes I brush my hair just for this experience alone. What I noticed the most is the lack of hair breakage when brushing with this. I have white, wooden floors and saw the difference immediately. 90% reduction, if not more, in my hair breaking off. I'm amazed also by how few hairs I end up taking out of this brush. It's so gentle despite its detangling skills. It's so quick to brush out my knots with this brush it's a freakin' miracle. Don't be put off by how bendable it is because it's in our favour! ***TIPS & TRICKS*** Use this brush to brush out knots (easy on both wet and dry hair), and another brush, one that is stiffer, to style with when straightening or tying your hair up. This brush is hygienic which means you won't be brushing down your natural oils excessively. Just the right amount to keep your hair from drying out. Best of all the brush is so easy to wash and remove any annoying lint build up. So dump those natural sheep or pig hair brushes that end up smelling bad and collect bacteria. I first bought one for my toddler who has the most beautiful, untouched and undamaged locks that I didn't want to ruin prematurely with a harsh brush. When she playfully brushed my hair with it, I literally stole it from her until I ordered my own. You won't regret it.
