Best Eye Pencil
Avon Glimmersticks are the best eye pencils I've ever used. The color (mine is Cosmic Brown) is so rich and true. It glides on like butter and lasts all day long. I use it as my upper lid eyeliner as well as my water line liner. I've tried many types and brands of eyeliners and I ALWAYS come back to Avon Glimmersticks. They are the best!

Avon glimmer sticks are the best! The product glides on and it does not smudge!… it stays put. I have been using them for years and I am happy to be able to purchase them at this site.

It’s hard to find products that haven’t been cheap and down in this day and age. God bless Avon, their glimmersticks are exactly the same as they were years ago. Same smooth easy glide on application and reliable.

What I received box looked old /used and the eyeliner had been opened and the eyeliner itself was dried out. Chalky - tried to use, too dry to actually apply the color and liner broke apart upon using. I was so disappointed - i threw it away. Wasn't worth me taking the time to return and driving it to a UPS drop off. Lesson learned. I love Avon. I 've used it time and again throughout the years- but buy from an actual Avon beauty consultant in your area. I love my Amazon for everything else, but I am sure a consultant in your area will appreciate the business too.
