It's easy to put together, it took a few tries to figure out how to get it to swing around, I brought it to work so I could goof around with it with my coworkers. I would say the size goes up to about a 16 - 18 US. It didn't really fit a bigger sized user.

Purchased in middle April by end of May one of the rollers broke off,had to purchase another one because it does work,lost 1.5 inches around stomach already

The ball flies off and it’s dangerous. There’s no way to keep the ball on SECURELY.

Product came earlier. No instructions but it’s very easy to put together and take apart. Be aware it does make a lot of noise but you get used to it. Really works!

It is hard to remove and add links but other than that it works great!

This is not what I expected it to be. It does not turn without getting hung up. I had to keep stopping and starting over. It would stop right in the middle of using it like it was getting hung up. After using it for an hour one day, the barons looked like they were about to fall apart. Don’t waste your money!

I liked the ease of adjusting the belt and the general assembly. My disappointment came when using it the second day and one of the rollers broke. I am not an aggressive person so I wasn’t handling things roughly:(
