The Vaccum knob seems unreliable
The gadget is good and useful,however the placement and vaccum to steady the gadget is unreliable.At times the gadget does not get a firm grip on the floor.Otherwise sleek,smal and useful item/A booklet showing the various excercise that can be done with the gadjet must be included.

Excellent product. Esp the ankle rest is big support for the heels too while doing crunches. Suction pad is strong.

It is a good and sturdy product. I was doubtfull how this would stick in the fllor. It was extremely good and useful. Prepare your gym at home and brace the lockdown healthy
