Do they bleed when used with alcohol markers? More specifically copics

I do not know about Copics but I had zero bleed with my Ohuhu and CaliArt markers.

Do these smear when you apply alcohol based markers over the ink?

No- not with the one I have used- Firefly, Artify, Ohuhu and Caliart.
