Wise Dog Tarot

I really liked this Tarot pack - it can be used to do readings for people who like dogs but it can also interpret meanings for the owners!😊

Cards are great but the booklet could have been better, more detailed at least.

This is a good quality deck and the artwork is good fun while still keeping to the traditional Tarot symbolism. There was one of the wands in the Minor Arcana that was a little tricky to identify, but mission accomplished. The guide book does not have images of the cards, so you just have to know your Tarot. Dogs are incredible little beings and I really enjoy being able to work with them in the cards, and not just from under my table where they love to rest during readings!

I must say as a lover of dogs this pack does little justice to the wide range of dog breeds worldwide.. Some dog breeds are represented more than once.I counted at least 4 or more German Shepherds in this deck in different hues etc just to name one example.Some scenes in several cards are repetitive as if ( I hesitate to use this word)cut and pasted!I have her Crow Tarot and it was so well made.My favourite Hermit card has a smaller and fainter image of a dog compared with other more vibrant cards in this deck:((Some images have a real life dog image and others artwork of dogs. Ok so it is a collage but I expected some consistency.The guide book is very brief. There is another one sold with over 100 pages on Amazon.This only adds additional cost to a tarot deck that is not quite so inexpensive to start with.Overall, I was a little disappointed in this deck.

I adore MJ Cullinane, and this deck is no exception. Gorgeous cards indeed 😍
