Great pan, terrible lid
I *really* like this pan, it's the perfect size to roast a chicken or bake a lasagna. The lid, however, is garbage. The first pan I was shipped had gouges in the enamel from the lid right out of the factory. I exchanged that one, and got a note from the seller that the lids fit too tight because of the thickness of the enamel, and that you should "push in the center" when removing the lid from the pan if you had trouble getting it off. The second one I received had no damage, and I managed to get the lid off after a bit of a struggle (trying to not damage the pan). It immediately went into the trash.Overall, I love the pan. Toss the lid, though.

Expensive
Overall good quality. However over priced. And it does not come with the lid any more.

Deep pan, easy to clean
Beautiful roaster pan. I ordered this to replace an antiquated dark blue with white specks porcelain over steel roasting pan that has cracks chips and rust. This is smaller than my old one, which was big enough to fit a turkey, but we are empty nesters and don't need anything that large. I made a whole pork tenderloin tonight in it. I did have to slightly curve the tenderloin to make it fit, but it worked out perfectly. Clean up was easy, I let it soak about 10 minutes. The stainless steel rack is very sturdy I'm not saying you can't bend it but stronger the one in my old roaster. Something nice I found is the rim edges are curved and not rolled, so water won't get trapped creating rust pockets. Although there are some small areas that I believe the ceramic bubbled while in a liquid state, and those areas are open the the steel pan, it's a place for rust to start, so drying it immediately and not letting it sit will be key. It can be put on the stove top, just not on high heat, like for searing, or it will damage the ceramic. This would make a great lasagna pan, it is deep, about an inch taller than my pyrex dish of similar shape and size I like that it came with a user manual leaflet, giving good information about the do's and fonts. I'm pleased with it, and is pretty enough for dinner table service.Thank you!
