Very pleased. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Produto muito bom *by N***A on 20 May 2026* Facil de montar ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid Peice of Mind *by H***R on 12 June 2020* I purchased this product because I installed an horizontal air conditioner in a vertical window, on the third floor master of our home. The bracket has proven to be solid, along with a bar I place inside across the window, and extra insurance a ratchet strap using two eye bolts I installed in the window sill. The initial piece, needed to be installed in the window frame, was too wide, by about 1/8". I sent an email to the manufacturer to ask about a narrower block or would it be permissible for myself to narrow the block without changing the integrity of the assembly. They emailed me back within the hour I think and said it would be okay to narrow the block, so I shaved an 1/16 off each side and proceeded to complete the installation. I installed the shelf with what I thought was the appropriate angle, but discovered there was a roll in the air conditioner sitting on the bracket. Pulled the unit back out, increased the down angle more on the bracket and reinstalled the unit.
