This book is worth a whole lot more than the paltry sum they're charging. You really can't go wrong with any mathematics or physics material authored by Murray Spiegel but this text is in a class by itself. Even though it's a Schaum's "Outline", you'll find that it's actually a first rate textbook. I'd say it's an outstanding learning tool given the fact that I found myself actually enjoying working through it!

Das Buch befindet sich in gutem Zustand, trotz ältere Version. Da kann man alles in der Richtung "Vector Analysis" finden. Naturlich ist es auf Englisch.

This book has really helped me with my Vector Analysis class. It goes in the same order that my text does, for the most part. The best thing is seeing more worked out examples. It's very easy to follow, and is great at highlighting the important concepts and applications. I'm so glad I got this book!!

The book I received was very worn, had water damage and was falling apart. I had expected "good" condition to be better than this. I was also expecting to receive a more recent copy, but mine is from 1959 (although the content is almost identical to the newer versions; I wouldn't have minded that it was an older version if it hadn't been in such poor condition).Disregarding my displeasure at the state of the copy I received, this is a book that is useful in getting more practice in understanding vectors. However, more often than not it is not very clear about why or how to solve the problems, so if you do not have prior knowledge of vectors I would recommend finding another book to supplement this one.
