Amazing Taste - great aroma - adding to all my foods for topping
This lovely extra virgin is not for the faint hearted. I use the so called "smooth" (meaning flavorless) oils for cooking. But for everything else I need bold oils that hit my palette and add flavor to my meals. We use it on fried eggs, avocados etc at breakfast. Dressings and otherwise just drizzling over salads. Same for top of proteins at dinner. Even adds a kick to a steak and definitely oomph to fish.Very reasonably priced. Love the metal can to preserve freshness.Only complaint is that the spout is wobbly and they need to provide better directions for usage. I have it figured out with use - but it could have been better

No bite
Excellent taste for drinking shots. No bite. Smooth to the last drop. Always buy cans and keep out of the sun. That’s where the bitter in the bottles comes from.

As close to real greek olive oil as I've gotten in the states!
There's a LOT of types of Greek olive oil, and this seems to be a little more geared towards hitting a wider audience. Koroneiki olive oils can be a bit much for some, as they can be more bitter and have a really spicy / black peppery finish (which can make you cough). This brand has those characteristic notes, however, they are somewhat muted (you could say more "refined") to make it more approachable. If you're looking for a more raw / dynamic flavors (which is what I recall from my time in greece), this comes close but it won't pack the same punch of say a home-made greek olive oil.

Delicious!
This is the real deal. So good you can eat it off a spoon!

Excellent As Usual
I don't know what "Sheerness" means, but this EVOL tastes very good. This family makes the best Greek EVOL I've ever tasted! Of course I prefer their top shelf oil grown on their own property, but this local mixture is still excellent! I love this stuff! Btw, they grow excellent figs on their land as well. Their products are the best of the best. Nuff said ;)

BEST OLIVE OIL I'VE EVER HAD!!!
I have never had olive oil that tasted this good. To be honest I used to get the stuff from the grocery store (so the cheapy stuff) and I had no idea that olive oil was even supposed to taste like this. I could just add this to my pasta and nothing else and it would be amazing. I've been buying this brand now for the last 4-5 years and I will never buy any other kind.

cleanest oil in town
Best cleanest cooking oil you could ever use. For bread dipping I use Zoe or my fav Papa Vince. But Papa is super expensive. So for the bang for the buck this is it. No funny taste to ruin your food.

Do not buy unless you are looking for watery oil with no flavor!
I could not find my go to Greek olive oil this time around so wanted to give this one a try. Big mistake! I would have been better off buying a cheap store bought oil. This oil has no flavor and runs like water very much unlike what real Greek olive oil is supposed to. Buyer beware not all olive oils that advertise them as Greek are or stand up to that reputation! The Japanese chef they claim uses their oil must not be getting it from the same cans they are selling on Amazon.
