I used it for a sink and it has to be straight or it leaks ,it should have a better system to connect it better

Installation was straight forward and fairly easy. The quick disconnect hoses should be installed carefully to avoid leaks. Upon initial use expect some debris, after the first 1/2 gallon it cleared up and the water tastes good.

Easy to install. I dont have to fidget with it. Out of sight. Wish you made one for hot water line. Suggest u make one with spigot after filter for hose hookup. Id like to fill my water cooler 5 gal bottles from home instead of taking them out and dragging them home. I couldn't find correct fittings at hardware store to do it. Otherwise, great product.

I have tested the water for the last few days with test strips and water test kits. There is not a discernable difference in water before the filter and after the filter. Our refrigerator filter does a much better job. Look elsewhere if you need a filter that works.

Be sure to fully insert the blue plastic tubing into the filter COMPLETELY until it stops. You may have to use a bit more force than expected to get the tubing to seat. If not, get ready for a shower when you turn the water back on! The connector that matches up with the water shutoff valve had to be screwed completely down to the valve itself. Luckily it sealed at that point as I wouldn't have been able to screw it down any further. Once I got it installed, ran the 4 gallons of water through it and no more issues. There only seemed to be a slight drop in water flow after the filter was installed, nothing major. Water came out crystal clear and tastes fine.
