I started using a green pen when I was teaching. My students liked the green ink over red ink. I am now very accustomed to using my green pens for notes and shopping lists.

I simply have to buy them by the dozen like this, since I use them so often. Realize that this is not permanent ink, but as long as it doesn't get wet that's alright. In fact, I LIKE the fact that they're water-based, since they wash or even just rinse out right away if you accidentally get it on your clothes or skin or furniture, etc. I use them for writing lists and reminders and playing word games. I never use water-based ink for writing checks, of course, but these are terrific for nearly everything else. : )

I like to use green flair pens for my Christmas cards and was pleased to find them through Amazon!

It is my fault that I should have checked if it was a fine point or medium, for now it is working but would have preferred the fine point.

I use the green Paper Mate flair pens to check off my daily "things-to-do" lists I have in my yearly planner. I have been using them for quite some time since the green checkmarks are easy to see.

CROSSWORD PUZZLES

I have used lots of other pens over the years, from cheap ballpoint pens to gel pens; Bic to Staedtler; and I noticed a colleague of mine was using these. "You can't write with a felt pen!" I thought to myself... How wrong I was! These pens are an absolute joy to write with. Their fine tip makes worrying a joy. Much clearer than other green pens and no worrying about the end drying up and having to do crazy scribbled circles to revive them. There comfortable to hold and I haven't found that they run or blotch like normal felt tips. At first they seemed expensive but they last well and their reliability and writing experience means that I've just bought another box :)

Does the job

A great pen for marking if ticking only, hard to write neatly as the line is quite thick. Some slight bleeding through of normal note book paper as you can see from the image. Otherwise great quality!
