It's a great product for Digestion, Constipation & Loosemotion
It's a great product similar to Baidyanath's Psylium Husk. Baidyanath's was little costly compared to this and NEVER EVER buy this product DABUR as it's powder mixed with chemicals while Baidyanath's & this one ain't. This can be taken at night in milk to improve digestion & clear constipation and in curd to stop loose motions.

I have received it last few days ago, as though ; I hav yet to start using it ! But ; apparently it looks good ! Rest, after use !
