Works well as should

I learned plumbing when sweating was the way to go. I recently had to do some work in my master bathroom, and found that the entire house is plumbed using CPVC. I am not a fan of this plastic material, in fact, it was a CPVC elbow failure that started this whole project. In researching, I found copper tubing is out-of-this-world expensive now, so I researched options. CPVC has a 25 year life, so that doesn't seem to be a good option. PEX reports to have a better life span (similar to copper), and is more accommodating than traditional glue/sweat installations. Of course, I had to get all of the associated tools, but once I was up and running. These PEX rings have excellent consistency, and I have had no issues (leaking or failure) in any of the 1/2" tube joints. This is a good way to go, far cheaper than sharkbite press-on fittings.

I bought them for a upcoming project

When using PEX B pipe we have found the SharkBite copper crimp rings to be superior to other brands available. The per ring cost is higher especially especially when ordering smaller quantities but this is generally true with anything you buy. That said, we've never had a copper crimp ring fail regardless of brand name or country of origin when installed correctly, however, the peace of mind that comes with knowing you are using a superior product is well worth it. The SharkBite rings are noticeably heavier and wider than others and inasmuch when switching to SharkBite we found it necessary to make slight pressure adjustment to our manual crimping tools.

They work.

100 rings for about half of what the two big box stores charge? No-brainer!!! And these are quality crimp rings. I did two homes with them, with not a single leak under pressure (80 psi air) and easy pass on the inspection. Very happy!

Best thing and the easiest thing to work with plumbing wise they ever came up with

Worked as advertised. Worked great on my home plumbing project. One thing I loved about this product is it was shipped in a resealable bag. Didn't need to find another package to store the remaining ones.
