Received product in good condition. Well packed with all accessories in place. Haven't installed it yet as there's some ceiling work going on, but did a preliminary check. Fan works well except for an observation that the speed seemed to be on the slower side. No other problems as of now, will update after regular use.Update:Using it for almost 10 days now.. Speed and Air throw are very good. No problem of slow speed as mentioned earlier, but difference between top speed (5 on regulator) and a level lower (4 n regulator) is quite a bit, almost like goes down to half. Probably regulator related.Highly recommended purchase.

Excellent product. Received on time.Good fan speed and really silent. I had to change my old fan as it was giving a lot of noise.Good product and really happy with the performance so far. Go for it !

Got a fan with defective bolts very poor quality. Threads of bolt are broken and I can not fix the fan. has raised request for replacement. Wanted to cancell order but as per AMAZON policy once you pay you can only ask for replacement.Quality of basic component that is 1 small bolt is so poor don't know this fan will work or not. I will suggest not to go with this product.

The media could not be loaded.  Don't buy it . ...i repeat don't buy ..The day this fan was delivered , I installed it ...after installation it was very noisy and intolerable.After this I saw various review online of this product ...there were ample amount of reviews like me ...Edit : seems like Amazon has removed the video sound ...but believe me it's very bad quality product.

The most significant point is the seevice of this company outside Delhi. No service network established. My two ceiling fans out of nine is noisy after installation . Many complaints lodged but no result . Finally company is advising to send the fans through courier service by own cost for repair at their Delhi office. Although fans are under warranty fir 2 years but it is only name sake . Do not buy any candy product if you want to avoid trouble for new products immediately on purchase .

I brought this product based on the review. However, after installation, the fan gives speed only at 5. For 1-4 regulator movement, it has a very slow rotation speed. Returned the product due to this.

I have no complaint about the product but the customer care of this brand should be improved. As per terms and conditions the warranty of this product is 3 years (2 years plus additional 1 year if the product purchased from Amazon). However, 2 years warranty card comes with the box but, Additional 1 year warranty will be extended after sending email to the manufacturer. I did not received any confirmation from them after 4 days sending the email. Customer care have no information regarding warranty related.Hence, the warranty of this product for 2 years.
