Contaminated. Consistency like water even in winter, outdoors.
The media could not be loaded. This ghee was purchased for a patient group's healthy nutrition requirements. However, its consistency is not consistent with all the other ghee that we have purchased, from several countries already. Most unusual is that this ghee flows like water even in outdoor Vancouver temperatures, see video. We cannot understand why this is still liquid outdoors, when butter is a semi-solid at outdoor winter temperatures here in Canada. In addition, a contamination tester indicates 9 out of 10 contamination existent. That level of contamination is unacceptable and unusable. -- see photo.
