Very good product.
Well-built adjustable ankle weights with secure straps, balanced load distribution, and comfortable fit, ideal for progressive strength and very effective in endurance training. It grips well on ankle. Over all Value for money.

I have been using these ankle weights for my workouts and I’m honestly very satisfied with the purchase. The material feels really sturdy and well-made not cheap at all. The stitching and straps are strong, and they sit comfortably on both ankles and wrists. They’re super easy to wear and adjust, and they don’t slip while walking or exercising. I mainly use them for walking and home workouts, and they definitely add that extra resistance I was looking for. Overall, totally worth the money. If you’re planning to level up your workouts a bit, these are a great choice!

Good but not perfect.
Works just fine. But 100% comfortable. You have to place and adjust it perfectly otherwise you'll feel fatigue and pain. If you are good with 0.5kg or 1kg I suggest going for the steel options. Those would be way more comfortable. The main purpose of these weights are passive training but you can wear and forget these, these weight are uncomfortable enough to remind you that you are wearing them all the of use. Fits just nice. Grip is OK. Just tear and add weights to use, easy to use. Used for passive training.

Not great for long term use
Overall the quality of material is ok or more than okay but they are large. Doesn’t look good. If the weights would have been sleek or made of material other than sand/silica (idk exactly wts inside) it would have been much better. I have used it for cycling(20-25 km) and running (5km) doesn’t feel good.
