Very, good, I feel this product boost my immunity. Almost everyone I’m in contact with has had some kind of flu or cold, I have not been affected. So far and I’m sure it improves my energy level. No problem with taste or ease of swallowing. The mix of ingredients are just right

I can't say this is the best as I have nothing to compare it to, but I haven't gotten sick since starting it when everyone around me is sick. I have been taking it for several months throughout the winter. I will continue to buy this product.

These have worked great for my husband. He works in sales always around a ton of germy people (open mouth coughers) these have helped him boost his immune system after a couple rough years of getting really sick. I highly recommend them, if your sensitive to medication start with one, to see how your stomach tolerates it. I recommend taking them with food also, if you’re at all sensitive.

I didn't feel like this was making a difference and I am someone who tends to get sick easily when I am around other people who are sick (even when they cover up) and this is the first year I haven't gotten sick from that. I'm not sure if it was these supplements or if it was because of other factors, but I intend to keep taking this and seeing if I noticed any changes in regards to recovering from a sickness, since that aslo seems to have cut down in timing slightly.

I love this product! when I feel like I’m going to get sick I take one pill before I go to bed and I wake up like nothing happened! Pure makes some good supplements. I take their vitamin D3 and K2 as well :-)
