Very thin but does the job and easily rolled up to put away.

Nice board. Smells A LOT, but I guess it'll go away with time. As you can see there are creases which I already expect from a board like this I think I'll put over some books and try to get it as flat as possible. I was looking for a board to take with me in pubs etc to study and play chess so this is perfectly fine!

Do not buy this. It’s flimsy. Arrived folded up so was badly creased. Poor quality thin material. Trying to flatten it out so chess pieces won’t fall over ! I’m very cross as bought it for my grandson to start teaching him to play. Rubbish packaging. It should have been delivered on a roll. It’s going back!

Unfortunately arrived folded and heavily creased. Product should have been rolled !!! Simple and would have got 5 stars all the ways !!

Reasonably good item for the price, however it is a synthetic leather mat and I feel it should have been rolled up for delivery. My item was delivered folded and as such now has creases and the leather looks like it may split or crack on the creases, not great for a brand new product.

Grandson loves playing but the only board we have is glass, which was not suitable. This one is easy to store but you must roll it as if you fold it, it doesn’t lie straight.
