If you put to much in them they also loose there shape. Personally if you haven’t brought them your better of buying proper tins for baking I don’t use mine at all now. Fine for candles, soap and even resin but not good for baking **Q: Could you use these for poach eggs in the air fryer** A: Yes. This is the exact reason I bought them. Get a small heat-proof bowl or cup and pour around 100ml of hot water into it. Crack an egg into the water. The water should only just be covering. Pre-heat your air fryer for one minute and then pop your cup into it. Air fry on 200C for 4-5 minutes.
