Q: will all the dividers come out to make it just a 1 compartment box?

I had the same question and was told it was irremovable. I ordered it anyways. Yes, it’s not going to look as pretty once you remove it but the inner divider/fabric was easily removed by hand with no tools and little effort. In my case, the box is more functional this way. If you’re picky about aesthetics once you open the box, just do a simple DIY and replace the fabric (I’m sure there’s a YouTube vid for this). It’s definitely removable but not the intended use. Maybe the manufacturer will read these comments and make a 2nd version because there’s quite a few of us who want the look of this box with a single compartment - no dividers and ring holders. (Dividers would be nice if they were removable/customizable.) Hope this helps.
