ColorGroundMedium Long Curly Blonde 80S Rocker Wig for Women

I wanted a wig that I could style to look right for a 1770’s ball gown and this wig was a perfect choice. It was very curly; really made perfect ringlets simply by wrapping around a finger. The color was just right. I’ll be the ‘belle of the ball’!

I used this when I played Mrs. Wormwood in Matilda: the Musical. It was PERFECT. A wee bit itchy with a pretty small cap (I have naturally dark hair and absolutely needed a wig cap to hold my own hair out of view), but it stayed in place throughout the show, including a SUPER intense dance number!

This wig has a lot of springy curls and would work well for an 80s costume but if you're wanting to restyle this wig you're not going to get much else out of it besides how it comes out of the package, the hair fibers don't tease down very well so it's hard to get more volume out of it. If you need a simple wig for a costume I think this will work fine but if you like styling wigs or transforming your wigs this isn't the best wig for that. The color is also very yellow-y.

It's an okay wig, but it sheds like crazy. It is also bright yellow, not blonde, and much more yellow than the photo suggests. On me, it was about chin length. Not what I expected or needed.
