Oregano isn't the best taste, but it definitely helped with my allergies. I suffer from severe allergies. Watery eyes with discharge, cough, chest congestion, itchy ears, itchy eyes, itchy throat, itchy nose, stuff/runny nose, uncontrollable sneezing fits that won't stop. I take prescribed allergy meds daily, all year long. Since I started taking this oil, I haven't had any of these issues even on high pollen days. I walk about 2 hours a day outdoors and I have sneezed at times, but haven't had any of my other symptoms since I started using this. I needed this in my life.

I was in the hospital with diverticulitis in December. This was one of the supplements they told me to take when I felt a possible issue coming on. This is like an anabiotic for your belly and your colon. Again it is a supplement it really does help if you want to nip this issue in the bud.

I put at least 20 drops in my coffee in the mornings and it helps wake me up. I tried just putting a few drops in my mouth straight and wow you got to be tough to do that often.

Great having flexibility of using a dropper

A friend of mine stated that she used it every day. She said she would put 3 drop in water and drink it. Also sometimes she just put 3 drops in her mouth and was good for her health.
