How To Make Liposomal Vitamin C

Exactly what it says it is!
I will start by saying I have read all the reviews including reviews stating that it is not possible to encapsulate Vitamin C at home. Like those of us that use liposomal vitamin C and feel the benefits daily, we know that must be rubbish. The author graciously addressed the accusations and got a testing procedure from a reliable source, easy to do at home, to check the amount of encapsulation that your batch has. She was gracious, responsive and updated the kindle book with any new information she had.The book gives no history on why to take it or how to take it...the title is HOW to MAKE it and it does exactly that. I am well aware that this information is on the internet but with so many differing opinions on ratios I wanted to have her book as a reference and I'm glad I bought it.

Great Book! Step by step how to make!
I made my first batch last night. I used sunflower lecithin instead of soy. The color was like coffee w/cream, light beige. I happened to have a thick plastic spoon almost size of inside of jewelry cleaner that worked well. I did check the pH to see if it was high enough with alkaline sticks & needed to add b-soda but that is in the book. This morning I guess I did it right; nothing separated. Salty taste but really not bad. The batch was thin not thick. Hope I measured water right. I need measuring cups with 1 oz to be sure. I zapped a little longer than Cheryl said to but don't think it hurt anything. Will write back after a month to update.UPDATE:Got non-gmo sunflower lecithin 16oz $9.99 on Amazon, also better deal on Amazon for sodium ascorbate vit C - 16oz $15.42 seller vitamin shoppe, than same brand where i live, jewery cleaner $24-26 on amazon makes 16oz batch.

A Good Primer
THIS BOOK GIVES ENOUGH OF THE BASIC INFORMATION TO GET YOU STARTED...I found more in depth information by Googling documentation/research and reports - you definitely have to separate the grain from the chaff... and not believe everything out there. And as usual there are allot of people out there just trying to sell their own products along with the liposomal C or Glutathione that are unnecessary... the Old Everybody Has To Jump On The Money Bandwagon.I make both Liposomal C & Liposomal Glutathione - Be Discerning...

Wonderful Instructions
Appreciate the simple explanation, instructions and resources to make this wonderful elixir. In the long run it’s far less expensive to make than purchase on line. Will share with others.

Important information omitted
Vitamin C absorption is strongly governed by dosage. At low doses (<1.5 grams) 50% is absorbed, so this technique would be best for high dosage users. I aim to take 6 grams per day and in future I'm going split this into 6 or 12 lots.I'm following information that I got by searching for "What impairs Vitamin C absorption". The article I found implies that absorption is not helped by taking Vitamin C with food (whereas I have hitherto tried to eat Vitamin C with my three daily meals).Otherwise its a useful book and not at all devalued by containing information that you can get on the internet - its useful that somebody else has done the research.

Good info on how to make vitamin C
Before purchasing this book, I didn't know that you can make liposomal Vitamin C at home. When considering that if you take one ounce of liposomal vitamin C, you absorb about 95% compared to about 1/6 that amount of normal C according to the author, then it's worth the price of the Kindle book by itself. I also like the step-by-step approach made by the author.

Clear step by directions.
This little manual simplifies the mountain of information on the web concerning making Liposomal Vitamin C. The directions were easy to follow and accompanied by related photos. My only disappointment was that there is not much information on "dosage". The price is fair and shipping was right on schedule. Anyone interested in making Liposomal Vitamin C should get this book.

Good simple directions. No alcohol used
Having these simplified directions removes all my concerns about being able to make this product. Gleaning for guidance on the internet made the process sound difficult. Looking forward to getting started.

Short and exactly to the point
Great little book. Really easy to follow and understand. I would have loved more information on liposomal Vitamin C, but it does clearly state that it is not that kind of book - how to make it not, not why or what ailments it is for. And I the author also points you in the right direction for books of that ilk. So no complaints whatsoever!! Would definitely recommend. Should probably have given it five stars!

Not exactly what I expect but could be good for the beginners to start with a liposomal subject
Very, very basic. Just a few pages book. Not exactly what I expect but could be good for the beginners to start with a liposomal subject.

short and precise
Having been paying a lot for liposomal vit c, it was great to find this information. The book is very short but contains all the info you need to make it yourself at a fraction of the price.

More of a pamphlet than a book.
The book content is simplistic, repetitive and with errors. The author claims to have researched the subject. Wish I'd saved my money and not purchased.
