Works as indicated. Good gut health. Makes me very regular.

These were recommended by a gastroenterologist to take along with a strong antibiotic. There's no after taste, and the capsule is easy to swallow. These are wonderfully effective in keeping my body's digestive system well balanced while the antibiotic does it's thing. The plan is to continuing using Align even after completing the antibiotic treatment. It's true that when your gut isn't working right, you just don't feel right.The packaging is easy to use and perfect for those of us who can experience occasional forgetfulness. Inside each box is a 7 day packet. Each packet has a separate slot for each capsule and they are labeled by day so that you can't possibly take more than one day's dose. The capsule is easily removed from the package, so no need to fight the packaging and no need for scissors!

I been taking this for some time now and i like how this eliminates my bloating problem that ive had for a long time. Ive tried other probiotics brand before and nothing worked till my GI doctor recommended me this which was my sort of last resort

These little suckers sure are expensive at over a dollar per capsule, but they work! I'm taking Vancomycin, a daily antibiotic, and it was really killing all my good gut bacteria and giving me major digestive distress. I take one of these every other night, 2 hours after my antibiotic, and everything's back to normal.

This product has helped in diminishing my bloating and stomach cramps. My digestive tract is now feeling much better.

Maybe I don’t need probiotics but I didn’t notice a difference with these. Husband likes it though so I went to Sam’s club to get more and bought their generic version instead which is 10x more potent. I noticed a difference with that one. I say save your money and get the Sam’s club generic one instead if you haven’t already had absolutely amazing results with this product and trust it without failure. Though if you’re reading this review I’m guessing you aren’t at that stage of the relationship yet.
