Has anyone tried this on someone over 45lbs - like a 55 lbs seven year old?

I have answered this question. Before but want to clarify. I have a now 75 pound child with autism. So I purchased this when he was at the approved weight to use this. But he is now 75lbs and we still love it. But just like anything please use common sense. I have read reviews where children have fallen off or it flips easily. Yes it's true to an extent. And my child has fallen out do to me not being careful. But I would recommend this product 100%. I always get asked about ours all the time and have referred many people to this page. Now if the makers of this product if you are reading this. Please consider making one for a bigger child. Larger wheels and seat. This would be an amazing product for us parents with special needs children. Stay safe everyone!

Have any of you used this for a Disney vacation? If so, then how did it hold up?

Yes! Just used our this week at Disney with our 8 year old. This was a life saver!

Hoping to use this for travel. Is it foldable with the harnessed seat?

Yes. The seat back folds over flat. You do have to take a support piece out. But it’s not super annoying to do that. And If you leave the piece in, it’s still pretty flat. You may want to buy some Velcro straps to keep the support piece down while traveling.

Is there an option to upgrade the wheels to rubber? Or at least replace the plastic ones when they wear out?

I don’t know, but the wheels it comes with are high quality, not that hollow plastic that some cheap strollers have.
