Really confused how to rate it
There's no pigmentation(color)..it's only golden glitter(not shimmer but glitter) If you want pigmentation then this product is not for you otherwise go for it. There's no gel in it. It's dry and tightly packed glitter. Don't try it with brushes you'll waste your product as it doesn't stick to your eyelids and get stuck in brushes. Apply with fingers, it works perfectly like this.
