## Description

Soezy 16 Ft (5m) 196 Inch Sliding sash Windows Doors Tape Pile Draught excluder Brush Seal Strip weatherstrip 5mm x 6mm (3/16 1/4 Inch, Gray) - desertcart.com

Review: 100% worth it - Well made and fits perfectly! Stopped the draft from leaky weatherstripping effectively and was super easy to install.
Review: Works well for a doggie door! - This is a brush style thin strip insulation that fits the groove on the sides of the flap on a doggie door. It’s designed to slide in the groove from the top which is not possible unless you took the door apart. But it works if you have a pointed round tool like they show at the bottom of their description page. Once I dug out the old strip bit by bit, I was able to insert the new strip the same way but I had to also use a small head thin screwdriver and push on both sides of the strip to get it in there. The backing is stiff and helps hold it in, just be patient and push both sides in all the way to the finish. No glue is needed. It worked well and our flap is tight once again! No more leaks or flies.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A perfect replacement
*by G***. on June 23, 2026*

This weatherstripping proved to be the exact replacement for the damaged OEM strip in my 12 year old wood patio slider door from Anderson. The backer strip was a perfect match for width despite the reported dimensions being slightly wider. And unlike most of the other alternatives, this one includes a draft-excluder plastic strip in the middle of the brush, just like the original on the door that it replaced. PERFECT. Installation was a little tricky. Once halfway inserted into the track, friction of the brush against the wall required alternately holding the strip motionless and moving the door onto it until fully installed.
