The Tillamook Cheese Cookbook: Celebrating 100 Years of Cheese Excellence

I am originally from Tillamook. And LOVE this cookbook. But I purchased it saying it was “new” and it came with stamps inside from a public library.. Really disappointed anyone would send this to someone not saying it was in fact used.

The photos in the book are good enough to warrant "coffee table" status. The photos are more interesting than the recipes although they are top notch too. I gave this book to my sister who loves to visit the Oregon coast and has been to the Tillamook Cheese Factory. Anyone who lives in the Pacific Northwest is very familiar with Tillamook Cheese and this anniversary cookbook is a very good quality book.

This book features one of tastiest cheeses, it's history and great tasting recipes. It is is large hard cover book, perfect for leaving on your coffee table, or will stand out along side you other cookbooks in your collection.

you will love this book. almost makes wonderful gifts.

Food porn, plain and simple. The photography alone is reason enough to get this cookbook. The fact that the recipes are excellent as well is just icing on the cake -- or cheese sauce on the macaroni, if you prefer.
