Puritan's Pride Raspberry Ketones 100 mg-120 Rapid Release Capsules

I can't find these anywhere else but I know the brand and haven't had any issues. I really feel like these help slightly with weight and bloating.

I've been taking different brands of raspberry ketones for years now but I think the Puritan's Pride is a good deal. I can honestly say they help me personally quite a bit to suppress appetite and they do give a better energy! I'm very sensitive to stimulants so this is been a better option for me as there is no caffeine...there is still a little bit of a stimulant quality but if you're not sensitive you may not notice it. I have heard that it can cause bad constipation especially if being used in combination with a low-carb diet so in that case I would drink a lot of water and take a fiber supplement or something that works for your body. When using high doses after about a week I noticed it made me feel a little bit spacey not too much to manage but just something to take note. I was able to sleep just fine on this which was a huge Plus because any type of stimulants even one cup of coffee in the morning would make it difficult for me to sleep. Some people say they get some anxiety with taking this if taking high doses. There were some years on occasion why would notice a little bit of that but it wasn't anything extreme. Just turned into your body start with a low dose and see what it does for you!

I have been a fan of raspberry ketone for about 10 years now. This brand is one of my top two that I have ever taken. Helps with energy and weight loss.

Didn't work, waste of money.
